C. Randall Stone received his J.D. from the University of Tennessee. Randall also has an M.B.A from the William and Mary Graduate School of Business and an LL.M (Tax) from the Willian and Mary School of Law. He has served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Law at William and Mary.
Randall has 40 years of experience in representing clients in matters from first degree murder to DUI, major business litigation, contract disputes, bet-the- company trials, personal injury, mass torts and aviation law. Randall is a Licensed pilot and has been a panel attorney for the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association for 25 years. Randall is also a member of the Lawyer-Pilots Bar Association. Randall proudly represents certificate holders and aviation related business in State Court, Federal Court and before the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). Representation includes airplane crashes, contract and commercial disputes, and FAA enforcement actions.
Alone with bench and jury trials in states across the country, Randall has handled and argued cases in State Appeals Courts, State Supreme Courts and the United States Court of Appeals. Randall is admitted to practice In Arizona, Virginia, Colorado, The United States District Court in Arizona and Virginia, The United States Court of Appeals for the Forth Circuit, United States Tax Court, United States Court of International Trade and the United States Supreme Court.
